Features : 

-For the tube ice, it is very transparent, sanitary and completely meer the each national standard requirements for edible ice, it uses purified water to make. It is widely used in restaurant, bars, drinks shops, chain stores, and any other places where need tube ice to meet every customer's needs.

-Food grade standard materials, it adopts with SUS304 for the framework and evaporator. Special design water channel and ice outlet, convenient automatic cleaning function, so that the ice is to be sanitary, crystal and transparent. The key to make transparent tube ice is to use Purified water.

-‍Automatic operation: the machine adopts with Siemens PLC controller, self-adaptation for ambient temperature; automatic water supplying, ice freezing and ice harvest, which makes the high efficiency of the machine. And it has touch screen for easy and convenient operation.

-What's more, for how to pack the ice, we have the ice bin with screw for you. Like the picture below. We just need to put a bag under the ice outlet, then setp on the pedal switch, ice will fall into the bag. It is convenient. But it is optional. If you have your own ice bin, is OK. This ice bin cannot seal ice bag and weigh the ice. 

For the ice bin, it is optional one . You can choose it by yourself base on your real needs . 

We use PLC program control system to operate the tube ice machine, the ice making time is about 26 minutes to freeze well. The ice falling time is 4 minutes, so it needs 30 minutes for a shift.  The water making-up system, ice freezing system,ice falling system and ice cutting system are working under PLC program control automatically. When the tube ice are frozen well inside the tube evaporator, it falls down to be cut piece by piece at the bottom by the ice cutter, then come out.

A complete tube ice system which has included the tube ice maker and cooling tower. 

(2)Suggestions:

In order to let you pack the tube ice more easily and conveniently, we kindly suggest matching a semi-automatic packing system for the tube ice machine, on one side, it will be more economical and practical; on the other side, it is very easy and convenient to operate it. Of course, it just occupy a little which will save you a lot of space .

For the semi-automatic packing function, we will design an open type ice bin, this bin adopts with screw conveyor, ice outlet and switch pedal. This complete design is matching with packing system. See, when the ice frozen, it will falling down into the ice bin directly, you just need to step on the switch pedal then ice will coming out via screw conveyor. Then you need to put the plastic bags under the ice outlet and then seal it by sealing machine. It's suitable for commercial business and not complicate to control.
