For CV2000 We adopt air cooling system for your ice cube machine, so it is quite stable performance in the ice capacity .The complete set of the air cooling type cube ice machine include the ice making section, refrigeration unit ,ice conveyor  and semi-packing petal switch for the ice packing   .

CV2000 2 tons/day ice cube machine

-Automatic operation: we adopt Siemens PLC controller for CV2000, self-adjustment for ice thickness, self-adaptation for ambient temperature; automatic water supplying , ice freeing and ice harvest, which makes the high efficiency of the machine. And it has touch screen for easy and convenient operation. Also , you can see the error history and operation history from the memory . 

-Food Grade standard materials:We adopt  food-grade stainless steel SUS 304 for the whole machine,it could greatly extend the machine's working lifespan.Normally the lifespan is     8-10 years without any wrong operation by manual.Special designed water channel and ice discharge outlet,convenient automatic cleaning function,so that the ice is to be sanitary,crystal and transparent.One of the most important point is    to use purified water.

This kind of machine could produce crystal & transparent ice cubes with square shape for edible. There are 2 types of ice cube machine in our factory: one is 22*22*22mm which needs 20 minutes to be frozen well; the other is 29*29*22mm which needs 23 minutes to be frozen well,there is no difference with the price.

Semi - automatically ice packing system 

It is so convenient to pack the ice into the poly-bag . It looks intelligent and fast control by petal swift . 

Ice conveyor ( ice dispenser) to avoid the congelation of the ice cubes . 

*** Stable performance in ice capacity , even in the summer high temperature, the ice capacity is up to 90% - 95% of performance . For example , the capacity is 1700 to 1850kgs at least  . If the ambient temperature is near to the requirement 25 degree C, the ice making capacity reach up to 105% of it . 

*** Energy saving and low consumption .  For every one ton ice making , just need 72 to 85KWH power and 1.1tons water . 

*** All of the components is chose to meet the Europe union quality standard to ensure long time working and running without failure .
